So we’ve all been there, scrolling the Tumblr feed and seeing something that we absolutely must have… but there’s no link that takes us to a purchase page! Well I have found the solution…
The Hunt is a shopping site whose community tracks down things users like on sites such as Instagram, Pinterest and of course, Tumblr. Think of it as a virtual scavenger hunt but the pay offs are better! Just don’t blame me if you need a cash advance from purchasing anything and everything.
Guess I’ll be doing this if I want to fit in with the rest of the staff at E! Network… so this is a big deal in LA, huh?
The best way to see the city is from a distance.
“Within minutes of leaving my house—and the hustle-and-bustle of the city—I can be surrounded by the most beautiful, pristine landscape,” says Kathryn Bentley of the jewelry line Dream Collective, who seems to have that whole L.A.-living thing…

I think I am going to make these this weekend!

Well it’s official, my flight is booked and I leave for LA next Thursday.
I’ve traded music for the Kardasians… leaving the world of MTV behind to work for E! Network. I am going to miss New York City but I won’t miss this rain.

How many of you purchased brands that you don’t currently own from an on-line store (or worse, have gone into a boutique to try on an item and then run home to find it on-line)? Though apparel is one of the fastest growing on-line retail segments, there is a very high return rate that can destroy a business. Metail, a London-based tech company, thinks they can change the on-line shopping experience with a 3-D avatar that is “94-96 percent accurate”.
According to their website, you simply do the following:
1. Create a virtual model of yourself in 10 minutes
2. Discover how clothes look on your own body and experiment with new styles
3. Understand how clothes fit, get size advice, and pick the right size for you
Right now, no retailers in the US have been secured but they are working quickly to change that. What do you think - would you use this?
