For Entrepreneurs, Rebuilding Is Part Of The Script
My posts have been so random and scattered the last two months as I have made a decision to dissolve my corporation. While I am proud of the accomplishments we have made over the past three years, partnerships do not always work out. ‘Susan & Veronica’ will end in December and I will revisit my previous line under ‘Susan Natoli’.
While I am excited to reinvent myself, there are other emotions that test my character, integrity, and potential. Perhaps some of you out there are going through the same thing, whether it be a small business, school, new job, personal identity, or family issue, and so I wanted to share something that I read in my issue of ‘Entrepreneur’ magazine:
“No matter what life tosses your way, do these things and do then in this order: Fall to your knees and cry (but not more than seven minutes), stop crying, dust yourself off, go buy some new clothes and start over. Reintegrate. Whatever your ashes are, emerge from them as a better version of yourself.”
Amen.

Good luck moving forwards! Be sure to wear lots of yellow. Because, as you know, yellow is for rockstars. :)
